The number of revision rounds included in a project will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional fees.

All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. The client is responsible for paying any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other taxes as per Indian law.

6.1 Client Content

You retain all rights to content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use that content solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

6.2 Work Product

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, we retain the right to use generalized concepts, methodologies, and techniques developed during the project for other clients.

6.3 Pre-existing Materials

We retain all rights to pre-existing materials, templates, tools, and methodologies used in delivering our services. These may be reused for other clients.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Avor IT Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation before pursuing legal action.
