The number of revision rounds included in a project will be specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be subject to additional fees.
All pricing is provided in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with notice.
We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and online payment platforms. Payment details will be provided in project invoices.
Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may result in project suspension or termination.

You retain all rights to content you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a license to use that content solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, we retain the right to use generalized concepts, methodologies, and techniques developed during the project for other clients.
We retain all rights to pre-existing materials, templates, tools, and methodologies used in delivering our services. These may be reused for other clients.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available or required to be disclosed by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Avor IT Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
